Opis:
White to light yellow powder (soluble in hot water) without odor or taste, also known as kanten, Chinese grass, or Japanese fish gel. It is obtained by extracting and drying the mucus which is gained by processing Gelidium seaweed.
Applications:
It is primarily used as a vegetarian substitute for gelatin, i.e. a thickener in soups, jellies, ice cream, and other desserts. Agar agar is also utilized as a clarifying agent in the production of beer. This raw material also finds applications as a laxative and as an addition to nutrient media on which, under sterile conditions, bacterial cultures are grown.

Description:
White to light cream-grey powder (highly soluble in water) without odor and bitter taste, which is obtained by grinding extracted guar bean seeds. It has almost eight times the thickening potential of starch and is a gluten-free substitute for wheat.
Applications:
It is primarily used in the food industry where it gives resistance to dough and improves its durability and texture. Guar gum is utilized as a thickener in the production of dairy products, yogurt, kefir, and liquid cheese, but also as a binder in the meat industry. This raw material also finds applications in medicine and the textile, pharmaceutical, and paper industries, as well as in the production of explosives and mining.

Description:
A white to light cream powder (soluble in water) with a slight yeast-like odor and without taste, which is obtained by the fermentation process of renewable carbohydrate raw materials, such as glucose syrup, sucrose, or starch.
Applications:
It is primarily used in the food industry as a gel, thickener, and stabilizer. Xanthan gum is utilized in sauces, to prevent the separation of oil, and in spices, but also egg substitutes, as a replacement for the fat provided by the yolk. This raw material also finds applications in construction, where it thickens drilling fluid, and in cement that is poured underground to increase its viscosity, but also in cosmetics for the preparation of water gels.
